I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanges:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

It is our intention that you receive quality items that you love and that make you feel great!

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please get in touch within 3 days of receiving your package. Returned items should be postmarked within 14 days of when they were received.

We Generally DO NOT offer REFUNDS.

Exchanges are available upon request and qualify only if the items are in original unworn condition, clean, and free of odors. We are happy to exchange for a size that fits better, or for other items of equal value.

Please wear undergarments when trying on your items for the first time, so that if they do not fit we are able to exchange them for you.

Once the item is returned a replacement item will be sent out asap. Since most of the items in the shop are made to order, it is possible that it can take up to 4 weeks to make and ship the replacement, depending on availability factors.
Refunds are granted only when the order is cancelled (when requested within 24 hours of placing the order)

Shipping costs CANNOT be REFUNDED.

The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs when sending the items back for return or exchange. We will cover the cost to ship the new items back out to you.

We are not responsible if you damage the item when putting it on or washing it too roughly. Although these clothes can withstand a lot of wear and washes, you need to treat them with proper care and be gentle every time you put them on or take them off. We advise hand washing for longevity.
